The movie Fifty Shades of Grey (inspired and adapted from the 2011 best-selling erotic romance novel by E.L James) will be on cinemas in Philippines on February 11, 2015.
The novel contains number of sex scenes that centers between the CEO Christian Grey and the college student Anastasia Steele.
According to the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), the film is R-18 which means no minors shall be allowed to enter and view the movie.

An R-18 rating only allows admission to viewers 18 years old and above. Viewers and parents are advised that the film may contain “themes, language, violence, nudity, sex, horror, and drugs that may not be suitable for children below eighteen (18) years of age.”
In a Rappler post, Toto Villareal, chairman of the MTRCB, told Rappler that tjhe movie Fifty Shades of Grey, with a rating of R-18, will require certain requirements for the information and welfare of the viewing public.
"We just released minutes ago the permit to exhibit the movie Fifty Shades of Grey, with a rating of R-18, with certain requirements for the information and welfare of the viewing public. As viewed by our Review Committee, no cuts. We noted, however, that the film producer already introduced some measures of self-regulation into the film prior to review,"
