Ilocos Norte Representative, Rodolfo Fariñas gave buffet of roses to Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago as “peace offering” after she walked-out of the Commission on Appointments meeting.

To recall, Sen. Santiago walked out from the hearing after Fariñas questioned her the lack of a quorum of the said meeting.
