Comedian and YouTube sensation Ramon Bautista is not welcome in Davao City declared by Davao City Council on Tuesday.
According to reports, Davao City Council led by Mayor Rodrigo Duterte marked comedian Ramon Bautista as "Persona Non Grata" or Unwelcome person in Davao City after Ramon Bautista had a statement about the people in Davao.
"Ang daming hipon dito sa Davao," Ramon said according to the video uploaded on YouTube. 
Ramon Bautista tweeted sorry and apologized to the people after he made a remark about the people in the city, describing “hipon” (prawns/shrimps) during an event celebrating the Kadayawan Festival, Saturday, August 16.
From the bottom of my heart, sobrang nahihiya po ako sa inyong lahat. Sana mapatawad niyo po ako. Mahal ko po kayong lahat.
 "Hipon" or prawn/shrimp is a colloquial term often used as a kind of joking insult, meaning a person only has an attractive body but an unattractive face.
 

The resolution cited the incident where Ramon Bautista posted a picture on his Instagram with three young girls with a F*** word in their forehead.
